Daniel Bärtschi

Daniel has administered client entities at one of the world’s leading providers for corporate structuring and outsourcing services. He is familiar with the regulatory framework with respect to corporate administration, employment of staff and ongoing statutory compliance in Switzerland.
He started his career at the Swiss importer of Volkswagen and Audi, followed by business development positions in the technology, health care and banking sector. Further on, he held assistant positions in Swiss Universities and has worked with a big-4 company.
With 20+ years of corporate experience, he understands the needs of companies and is backed with the necessary legal knowledge to keep Swiss entities compliant to local regulations.
Daniel was educated at the University of Geneva, where he gained a B.A. in International Relations with focus on law (2010). He passed a semester of his studies in Spain (Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 2009) and obtained a Master of Law of University of Berne (2014), followed by a Certificate of Advanced Studies program dedicated for in-house lawyers at the University of Zurich (2019).
